Submission Guidelines

  • We accept extended abstracts submitted under the thematic areas of the conference.

  • Papers should not exceed 2000 words and should follow the given format of the conference. Download the format. 

  • The work should not have been published elsewhere and should not be intended to be published elsewhere during the review period.

  •  review process is Double-blind. Follow the following instructions in your first submission.

  • Do NOT include any authors' information such as name, affiliations, e-mail, etc. in the initial manuscript.

  • Do NOT include any grant information or personal acknowledgments in the initial manuscript.

  • All references including authors' previous work should be referred to as 3rd-persons' works.

  • All submissions are through Microsoft CMT.

  • Please note that first-time users need to create a new Microsoft CMT account. Please use your institutional email address while registering if available. (Follow this guideline to create an account) 

  • While submitting an extended abstract, select the most appropriate Track for your work.

  • Manuscript submission should be in Adobe Portable Document Format (PDF) only. Once accepted, all Camera-Ready papers should be in the given format. 

  • Manuscripts that do not conform to the above formatting guidelines will not be considered. If you experience any font embedding issues while uploading the extended abstract to Microsoft CMT, please contact the editorial team.

  • We request all authors to carefully revise the manuscript for English Language, similarity, and formatting.

  • All submitted manuscripts will undergo a plagiarism check using Turnitin.

  • Authors should send the author declaration form signed by all authors, after the notification of acceptance of the manuscript to the conference. 

  • At least one author from each team must register with the conference in order to publish the extended abstract.
